Lucy Lawless comes from New Zealand. She's an actor as well as a musician. Her most memorable performances include Xena Warrior Princess and Spartacus Blood and Sand. In her role as an actress, she's most remembered and praised for the amazing role that she played as Xena. Lucy was cast in the role which was supposed to be given in the direction of Vanessa Angel. However, she couldn't attend filming due to illness. Lucy's performance as Xena was so successful that a sequel production was launched in 1995.
